Can I return an item that is not defective?
Yes. Eligible defective and non-defective new merchandise may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Ask within 30 calendar days after delivery. Non-defective goods must be new, unused, and in original condition.
How is a return sent?
Request approval first, then mail it as instructed with the free prepaid label included in the package. There is no restocking fee.
When is an approved refund started?
It is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; bank posting may take longer.
