From authorization to dispatch
After payment is authorized, an accepted order is normally prepared in 1–2 business days. Carrier travel begins after dispatch and is estimated at 4–6 business days; the two periods are separate and are not a guaranteed arrival date.
Destination and tracking details
Checkout shows available destinations, services, charges, and any shipping offer for the current cart. Please provide a complete recipient name, street and unit, city, state, ZIP code, email, and telephone number. Tracking is sent when the carrier makes it available.
Delivery problems
For a stalled scan, loss, a delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage, email rungtassanakuldian@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and helpful photos so the shipment can be reviewed.
