Returns, rights, and content
Eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges follow the Refund Policy. Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returned merchandise must be new; non-defective goods must also be unused and in original condition. Returns are mailed with the free prepaid label included in the package, no restocking fee applies, and approved refunds are processed and initiated within 10 days.
